Happy Halloween!  Mom has been procrastinating on my blog because she had SO many photos from Halloween that the idea of narrowing down to just a couple favorites overwhelmed her.  So here are more than a couple!

The what-a-hoot owl costume won by a large percentage in the poll so Mom concocted this for me!

Most of the night I didn't know what the heck was going on!  Next year I'll be a seasoned pro!

Daddy, do you know why I woke up from my nap and Mom put this ridiculous outfit on me?

So you say we take some photos and then we get to go door-to-door and ask for candy?!?!?  That sounds great!

Zowie got to wear a costume too.  Isn't she a cute little pumpkin?

Tooth update:  about a week after I turned one I got my first tooth.  Then a week later the second bottom tooth came.  Once they cut through, it took them several weeks to finish coming in the rest of the way.  Last night my top tooth finally cut through.  The doctor told Mom and Dad a while ago that there were 4 top teeth all trying to cut through, but so far this is the only one!  Mom thinks I might be slowest tooth grower out there!

A bowl and spoon!  I don't get this very often as I really enjoy dumping the contents of the bowl on the floor for the dog.  But Mommy decided to give it another shot this morning and I was so happy!

Yeah, my bowl is upside down.  That's not going to stop me!

Hmmm...I seem to have more food in my lap than on my tray.

October 4, 2007 - 1 week old

October 12, 2008 - 1 year old!

1 week old (Mommy's 3rd day home from the hospital and first walk post-delivery!)

One year old!  Now she runs all day to keep up with me!

We went to the cabin this weekend.  Mom and Dad took the dogs and I out to explore the woods.  I had so much fun....until it started to get overcast and eventually rain.  Here are some photos from the weekend.

Jasper, you almost blend in .  

Side note - Jasper went away to puppy camp on Sunday where he will learn to be an excellent hunter and a very well behaved boy.  He will come home in 2-3 months and we'll visit him every week.  The place he went was recommended by a friend who used to work with the trainer there.  We looked at one other place that was disgusting and Mom wouldn't let him go there!  The place he is at is clean.  The dogs appear to be happy (not caged up in kennels so small that they can't even sit up like the other place!).  There is lots of room for him to run around and a pond for him to swim in.  And best of all his girlfriend, Ellie (Corey and Julie's puppy) is there with him!

This leaf is pretty, much better than the sticker weed!
