What a big day I had today! First I visited my doctor this morning. I gained a pound and a half while Mom and I were in Texas! I'm now 21.6 pounds. After the doctor, I went out to a farm with Mom and Dad. I saw horses and puppies! I LOVED the puppies. I squealed with delight and started flapping my arms up and down when I saw the puppies. I'm already an animal lover just like Mom and Dad!

Dad wanted a hunting partner so we were going to get a female Golden Retriever puppy from a breeder in mid-July, but the mama dog didn't end up getting pregnant. So Dad found a new breeder instead. Now we are getting a puppy in two weeks! We are going back this weekend to pick out which puppy we want. AND, guess what....we're getting a boy puppy instead of a girl puppy! Mom and Zowie will still be out numbered as the boys have Joe, Max, Dad, the new puppy and me!

Mom and Dad didn't bring the camera, so Dad had to take this picture with his cell phone - not the best quality. I'll put up more photos once I pick out my puppy this weekend.
